Our Executive Officers
Chief Technology Officer
Tom Hanley completed his undergraduate studies at Belmont Abbey College. He is a Senior E-Government Fellow and a former member of the IEEE. Tom holds numerous technical certifications from Microsoft, the Project Management Institute, ITIL and the Advanced Cybersecurity Group.
Prior to joining TGTG, Tom spent over 20 years providng IT leadership at The Corporation for National and Community Service where he most recently held the position of Chief Information Officer. During his tenure, he provided strategic, technical and operational IT leadership for all management, strategic, cybersecurity and computer operations functions. He oversaw the implementation of a streamlined, enterprise-wide IT Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) process and established transparent IT reporting processes through the creation of an IT Steering Committee and Executive Review Board. He also enforced robust Service Levels for all support contracts which included poor performance penalties. From an operational standpoint, Tom led three simultaneous modernization efforts that encompassed the improvement of the agency's major business application, the implementation of a modern customer service platform via transitioning the agency's data centers and applications to cloud computing, and the formation of the agency's Cybersecurity program.
Outside of work, Tom enjoys spending time with his wife Donna and their children. Tom has also volunteered for over 17 years as a youth sports coach in his community.
Chief Executive Officer
President & Founder
Darryl Green completed his undergraduate studies and earned his master’s in management science from Troy University. Darryl holds certifications for Certified Professional in Healthcare Information Management Systems (CPHIMS), Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI and ITIL. He is also a Registered Nurse and a life member of Disabled American Veterans (DAV).
Prior to founding TGTG, Darryl held numerous leadership positions spanning across the areas of Military, Healthcare, and Program Management. Darryl served as an Aeromedical Evacuation Chief where he was awarded the USAF Aerial Achievement Medal for transporting over 150 injured patients from combat zones. He has served as Director of Program Operations for a Military Health System Information Technology Program Office, providing support for over 9.1 million beneficiaries. Darryl has also been a part of several fellowships, most notably the Advanced CIO Air Force Technology Fellowship Program with Microsoft, the Emerging Leaders Fellowship with SBA, and the 10,000 Small Businesses Program with Goldman Sachs, all programs that have been influential and essential to the founding and progression of TGTG. In total, Darryl has accumulated over twenty plus years of government experience with 15 focused in Information Management and Technology.
Outside of work, Darryl enjoys playing golf and listening to jazz, classical, and 60s music (early Etta James and Stevie Wonder). Darryl also likes to spend his spare time mentoring new businesses and young developing professionals.
Chief Operating Officer
Clinton Lin completed his undergraduate studies at Purdue University and received his MBA from American University. Clinton holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI and is a Certified Scrum Master.
Prior to joining TGTG, Clinton managed the Small Business programs at Planned Systems International, working alongside government agencies such as the Small Business Administration (SBA), Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), and Department of Defense (DoD) to help develop several Small Businesses into capable contractors under the Mentor Protégé Program. During this time, the team was recognized for the outstanding growth of the protégé and awarded SBA's prestigious Nunn-Perry Award. Clinton was also heavily involved with several committees that increased employee engagement and worker benefits which resulted in the company receiving the Top 10 Best Places to Work in IT award from ComputerWorld.
Outside of work, Clinton loves to cook and enjoys exploring new restaurants and bars around town. Clinton is also an escape room enthusiast.
